This piece was an experiment using a heavyweight paper with a border, and with using the Moroccan geometric background as underlying adornment. Later seen in the Marrakech painting, I combined my typical cellular visual language along with the interlocking repetitive patterned framework. It remains one of my favorite uses of this design evoking my interest in sacred geometry.
